What are the payment methods accepted?

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the transcription?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If the transcription does not meet your expectations, we offer revisions at no additional cost until you are happy with the result.
How do I get my invoice?

For entreprises, we provide invoices by email. If you have any questions or requirements concerning VAT or anything else, please contact our sales team at transkryptor@transkryptor.uk

What is the most cost-effective transcribing option?

Our most cost-effective option is the standard one-on-one interview transcription with a standard turnaround time, priced at £1.49 per minute.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

Clients who are institutions and firms based in Great Britain do not need to pay VAT on their purchases from our transcription services. If you are an individual client, please contact us via email for further assistance and specific details regarding VAT.

Do I have gurantee for my transcription?
Yes, we offer a 14-day guarantee on all our transcriptions and translations.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, we believe in transparent pricing. All costs will be clearly outlined in your quote. If there are any changes to the scope of work, we will discuss and agree upon any additional charges before proceeding.
